JOB SUMMARY:
This role is responsible for the timely reconciliation and recording of all licensing and permit related financial reporting and payment activity.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:
* Responsible for the timely and accurate reconciliation and accounting of all licensing payments and other activities.
* Performs month-end close procedures to ensure all reconciling items are cleared and individual store accounts are current.
* Provide reporting and respond to inquiries from finance department stakeholders including Planning and Financial Reporting.
* Assist with licensing related special projects and implementation of process improvement initiates in alignment with Department and Company initiatives as needed.
* General assistance with other licensing activities as required.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
EDUCATION: Associates/2 Yr Degree
YEARS OF RELEVANT WORK EXPERIENCE: 1+ years YEARS OF MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE: NA CERTIFICATIONS / LICENSES: N/A
SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
* Strong computer skills (Excel, Accounting software, etc.)
* Good written and verbal communication skills
* Individual must be well organized, reliable and action oriented
* Individual must be able to handle multiple tasks along with time-sensitive deadlines.
