Senior Manager, Demand Generation

Position Overview
Are you a data-driven marketer with a passion for exceeding lead and ROI targets? Our client, a global market research firm, is seeking a strategic and hands-on Demand Generation Lead to drive growth.

This client is a data, market research and advisory company with teams in the UK, Americas, and APAC. This role can be remote for the right person (East Coast preferred); and if located in NYC - the team would love to have you in office a few times per month.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute integrated demand generation strategies to acquire and convert high-value B2B prospects.
  • Own strategy, planning, and execution of digital acquisition campaigns across paid search, paid social, programmatic display, and retargeting.
  • Develop, execute, and iterate on email marketing and nurture campaigns.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and agency partners to deliver global and market-specific campaigns.
  • Establish KPIs and reporting frameworks to measure and optimize lead quality, conversion rates, and ROI.
  • Manage acquisition budgets, forecasting, and pacing across channels.
  • Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Salesforce or HubSpot
  • Extensive B2B experience with paid advertising, email marketing, multichannel campaigns, ABM, tracking, and scoring.
  • Hands-on experience with paid platforms and managing agencies.
  • Previous experience with B2B buying journeys and digital marketing channels.
