What You Will Be Doing
Join our team as a strategic talent partner, driving recruitment strategies that align with business goals and fuel organizational success. In this role, you’ll lead full-cycle recruiting for complex and niche positions, leveraging innovative sourcing methods, social media, and networking to build a diverse talent pipeline. You’ll champion an exceptional candidate experience while strengthening our employer brand across digital platforms. Collaborating closely with hiring managers and HR partners, you’ll shape recruiting strategies, influence hiring decisions, and negotiate offers to secure top talent. This position also offers opportunities to contribute to impactful talent acquisition projects, ensuring compliance and advancing diversity objectives. What You Bring
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (required).
Experience:
Minimum of 5-8 years recruiting experience, preferably in a corporate environment, and/or related HR experience.
5+ years of experience sourcing qualified candidates.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong consultative relationship-building skills; ability to interact effectively at all organizational levels.
Proven ability to proactively network and establish effective working relationships.
Ability to influence and drive decisions.
Highly independent with a strong sense of urgency.
Strong initiative, sound judgment, and resourcefulness.
Effective time management; motivated self-starter.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and heavy requisition loads while delivering excellent service.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
Strong computer skills; internet and social media savvy; experience with candidate databases.
