Position Summary
The Sr. Salesforce Developer plays an important role in the organization by performing a number of activities related to the company’s Retail Sales Division. The role is primarily responsible, under limited supervision, for providing system support, user administration and configuration of the various sales systems, best practices guidance to team members and other stakeholders, and experienced subject matter expertise on the features and functionality of the Salesforce CRM platform. Additionally, the role will be responsible for administering all appropriate tools in the Salesforce platform toolbox to deliver value to the organization (Apex, LWC, Aura Components, Flows, Custom Objects/Fields, Formulas, etc.)
Compensation
This role is an exempt position with a Targeted Salary Range of $83,000 - $125,000 annually. Compensation at Guild is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to local and federal minimum wage requirements, education, level of experience, and applicant’s geographical location.
