Position OverviewWe are seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer (5–8+ years of experience) to support a CRM consolidation and migration initiative into Salesforce.
This role will work closely with a Solution Architect and a Mid-Level Developer, acting as a technical leader and escalation point while remaining hands-on in development. The ideal candidate brings strong Salesforce engineering expertise, supports technical decision-making, and ensures high-quality delivery across the implementation.
Key Responsibilities- Lead hands-on development of Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and platform tools
- Act as a technical escalation point for the mid-level developer and support problem resolution
- Collaborate with the Solution Architect on design decisions and implementation strategies
- Support CRM migration activities including data transformation, validation, and integration
- Design and build integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs
- Ensure best practices in code quality, performance, and scalability
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues across environments
- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior/mid developers
- Contribute to technical documentation and delivery standards
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 5–8+ years of experience in Salesforce development
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- Apex (advanced classes, triggers, bulkification)
- Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Proven experience with Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs)
- Strong understanding of Salesforce data model and platform architecture
- Experience supporting CRM implementations or migration projects
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
- Strong communication skills and ability to mentor other developers
- Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II preferred)
- Experience working in team-based delivery models with architects and developers
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices in Salesforce
- Experience in enterprise-scale implementations
- Salesforce: Apex, LWC, Aura
- Integration: REST/SOAP APIs
- Concepts: CRM Migration, Data Modeling, System Integration
- Tools: Salesforce Platform, CI/CD tools (nice to have)
