DESCRIPTION JOB SUMMARY This position provides technical and business leadership to the Marketing Services Portfolios in the SCS Technology Organization (TO) and works with other technical departments (Infrastructure Services, Database Services, Development Strategies and Standards, etc.) on behalf of the Portfolios, and their business partners. The position leads and participates in design/analysis/development during the entire solution development life cycle for large and complex solutions, architectural reviews, education and mentoring and problem resolution as required to implement and support Marketing Services and Customer Operations technology solutions. The Solutions Architect will be able to work with executive team members, decision makers, and stakeholders to define strategies, requirements and tactical objectives needed to provide the technology capability to support the evolving business partner needs. The Solutions Architect provides consulting expertise to the business partners, helps guide technology decisions in order to maintain integrity across systems and provides project leadership on selected projects. They will apply proven communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to help identify, communicate, and resolve issues in order to maximize the benefit of the systems investments in support of the business. JOB REQUIREMENTS Education BS/BA degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Business or related area of concentration preferred Applicable Experience
