Apex Systems is looking for a Senior Splunk Developer/Engineer to support one of our largest government clients in Huntsville, AL. Position: Senior Splunk Engineer/Developer
Terms: Permanent, Direct-Hire
Location: Huntsville, AL
Pay Rate: $130,000 - $140,000
Position Description:
As a systems engineer on our team, you have the chance to shape law enforcement by leading Splunk engineering effort. Your customer will trust you to not only design and develop these systems but also evolve them with advanced technology solutions. On our team, you’ll be able to broaden your skillset into areas like Splunk. Grow your skills by merging system engineering and Splunk to create holistic cyber solution. Required Experience:
- 8+ years of experience on IT programs
- Experience engaging with client stakeholders
- Experience with SPL, XML, CSS, or HTML
- Knowledge of enterprise logging, including application, OS, and security technology logging
- Knowledge of Splunk dashboards
- Knowledge of regular expressions and writing search queries
- Knowledge of creating dashboards for application monitoring
- Top Secret clearance
- Bachelor's degree
Desired Experience:
- Experience with Splunk Software IT Service Intelligence
- Experience with development of Splunk dashboards
- Experience with Javascript
- Experience with JIRA or Git
