About this role:
Reporting to the head of Sponsorships & Brand Engagement, this individual will manage a portfolio of national sponsorships that support Wells Fargo’s Diverse Segments, Representation and Inclusion (DSRI) line of business. This position will collaborate with key stakeholders across the enterprise to evaluate the existing sponsorships portfolio, execute go-to-market plans, and uncover new opportunities for investment. This position can sit in Charlotte, NC; Irvine, CA or New York, NY and is required to be in the office 3 days a week. The Wells Fargo job profile is Senior Lead Marketing Consultant.
In this role, you will:
Prospect, evaluate, and negotiate DSRI sponsorship contracts
Develop the DSRI sponsorships strategy, in partnership with the head of Strategy and Measurement
Work with DSRI and manage relationships with key external stakeholders
Develop sponsorship marketing strategies and content across all touchpoints
Implement a roadmap, including the sequencing, and timing of key initiatives
Develop project budgets, scopes, performance reports, and timelines for deliverables
Ensure creative strategies and content copy align with Brand and technology standards
Conduct competitive analyses and translate key insights into strategic recommendations
Prepare executive presentations, highlighting capabilities, performance, and learnings

Required Qualifications:
7+ years of Marketing, Digital Marketing, Digital Platforms (i.e. Mobile or Social Media) experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
Experience developing sponsorship strategies and plans for diverse segments
Experience negotiating sponsorship contracts across diverse segments
Experience preparing executive level presentations with MS PowerPoint
Experience consulting and influencing senior leaders, partners, and peers
Experience managing relationships and collaborating with external stakeholders
Job Expectations:
Ability to travel up to 20% of the time
