Core Responsibilities
- Understand the scope of technical projects as defined by the product and business requirements and be able to support an Agile DevSecOps engineering team. Participate in the key planning of project milestones.
- Develop project plans and project records to include upstream and downstream dependencies. Work with stakeholders to identify and schedule all the work required to fulfill project scope, including identification and management of critical path tasks.
- Identify, confirm and obtain commitment from required cross-functional teams. Partner with other team members and initiatives effectively.
- Facilitate the development of key goals, objectives and success criteria for the project.
- Analyze and identify areas of risk; establish contingency plans and assume responsibility for initiation of corrective actions.
- Work with leadership and core team members to help identify and assist in making project tradeoffs to include scope, time and costs while developing resolutions to complex problems that require the frequent use of creativity and problem solving. Ensure proper documentation of decisions and tradeoffs.
- Communicate updates on major achievements and keeps all partners informed of progress and issues.
- Volunteer to lead "tiger teams" that help improve the Cloud team and/or Comcast. Mentor more junior level teammates

What you can expect:
- You will function as a Project Delivery Lead for multiple, large scale and /or complex projects as assigned, to include development & test phases, facilitation of trials and deployment planning, and development of communication plans.
- You will provide project management leadership and expertise. You will be the source of truth for information about your project ensuring all parties are aligned on objectives and definition of success.
- You will become a subject matter expert, understanding the details of what we are delivering, not just the dates and milestones. Project leads in our organization become the "go-to person" and truly own every aspect of their projects.
- You will manage the project and stakeholders through the deliverables associated with the project by establishing milestones and monitoring adherence to plans and schedules by holding leads accountable as appropriate.
- You will identify project risks and mitigation plans as appropriate and drive mitigations.
- You will communicate and partner with key stakeholders including development teams, operations, product, etc. as required.
- You will provide regular project status updates to the leadership team (Dir, VP, SVP, EVP).
- You will have the opportunity to learn, collaborate with other Project Managers, Product Managers, Engineers, and Senior Leadership, and work in Cloud - a thriving area of "tech"!
What you need to succeed (minimum requirements)
- This role requires a Bachelor's degree and 7-10 years experience or equivalent years experience.
- An engineering degree is not required, but you must have strong technical aptitude, passion for technology and innovation, and ability to communicate with technical teams. Ideal candidate would have experience working in Cloud technologies, OS images, and/or infrastructure deployments.

- Excellent analytical problem-solving skills and ability to synthesize data from multiple sources to drive data-driven decisions.
- Comfort working in an ambiguous environment, and the ability to build a project from scratch - setting your own plans, targets, objectives, and measurements.
- This role is expected to participate in and potentially led Agile ceremonies with an Engineering team and the ideal candidate would have experience in this area

LOCATION: This role is open to applicants in the Philadelphia or Denver area and requires 4 days per week onsite. It is not approved for remote/virtual employment.

Salary:
Pay Range: This job can be performed in Denver Campus with a Pay Range of $123,125.48 - $184,688.21
