Job Description
The MB-RIA team is responsible for the developing governance for and supporting the integration of requirements, verification, and architecture across the program. The team is also responsible for developing technical content in each of those areas. The selected candidate will work with peers across multiple teams to mature DOORS and Cameo content.
Basic Qualifications:
T01
• Bachelor's Degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics) from an accredited university. 1 year of relevant experience
T02
• Bachelor's Degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics) from an accredited university with 2 years of relevant experience, or 1 year of relevant experience with a Master's degree
Both T01/T02:
• Must be a US Citizen with an active DoD Secret Clearance with an investigation date within the last 6 years
• Must be able to be successfully screened for Enhanced Security Clearances, within a reasonable amount of time as determined by the company to meet its business needs
• Experience with DOORS or Cameo
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience developing enterprise, system or software architectures utilizing UAFML, SysML, or UML
• Experience writing requirements and verification plans
• ICBM experience (MMIII or Sentinel)
• Understanding of Systems Engineering 'V'
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with Agile, JIRA, or Confluence

This positions standard work schedule is a 9/80. The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off. This role may offer a competitive relocation assistance package.

Salary Range: $63,900.00 - $115,800.00Salary Range 2: $0.00 - $0.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
