We’re looking for Service Consultants to join our Thryv Client Services team.
This role is 100% remote and open to applicants anywhere in Victoria. 
In this role, you’ll be at the heart of supporting and retaining our valued customers, helping them get the most from their advertising and digital investments while building strong, lasting relationships.

What You’ll Do

  • Proactively manage and grow your customer portfolio through engaging conversations and tailored product solutions.
  • Provide expert advice on optimising advertising spend across Thryv products, ensuring maximum ROI.
  • Retain customers by delivering outstanding service, resolving queries, and identifying new opportunities.
  • Partner with clients to enhance their digital presence and keep their content up to date.
  • Meet and exceed customer contact and service metrics, ensuring quality results every time.

What You Bring

  • Previous experience in customer service or account management, with a proven track record of results.
  • Strong relationship-building, problem-solving, and objection-handling skills.
  • A proactive, client-focused approach with excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Knowledge of digital media, marketing trends, or SaaS products (advantageous but not essential).
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-changing environment while delivering consistent, high-quality outcomes.
