About the Role

A newly established Integrated SI Solutions team within our Client Reporting group is seeking a SI (Sustainable Investment) Reporting Analyst based out of the Boston office supporting our SI & ESG (Environmental, Social & Governance) Client Reporting, and Regulatory solutions initiatives. These reporting capabilities are critical to winning and retaining business with SI-sensitive clients and prospects globally

The team is responsible for the key aspects of providing superior service to our clients, prospects, and consultants:

  • Producing high-quality, accurate, and timely ESG/SI client reporting

  • Defining business requirements and developing solutions to meet evolving global ESG/SI reporting and regulatory needs

  • Collaborating with Investment Product Management and Client Group teams to assess market standards and tailor ESG/SI reporting to meet specific client expectations

  • Supporting the onboarding and reporting requirements of new strategies and managing content catalogue

The SI Reporting Analyst is expected to develop a deep understanding of the material SI reporting requirements as well develop expertise in E, S, & G reporting across all asset classes. The role will be closely aligned with Investment Products Management teams, supporting the SI goals of our Investment and Client Platforms and serve as internal subject matter expert to Global Operations broadly along with the full team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintaining and producing standard and bespoke product-related ESG reports including account and product level data.

  • Responding to internal inquiries regarding data and regulatory solutions for our ESG capabilities.

  • Partner with Products Management and Client Group teams to understand the fundamentals of our approaches and the ESG specific reporting needs of our clients invested in those approaches

  • Creating business requirements and solutions for new ESG reporting needs (globally)

  • Project manage design and delivery of new SI reg reporting requirements & produce recurring deliverables

  • Work cross-functionally with Global Operations stakeholders to evaluate and prioritize new global SI regulatory initiatives

  • Partner with ESG-focused teams and IT across the investment platform to ensure alignment and integration

  • Coordinate with the Questionnaires team to accurately reflect reporting capabilities in new business proposals and ongoing client/due diligence questionnaires

  • Work with the Competitive Intelligence team to assess and benchmark our ESG reporting capabilities

  • Provide additional tactical support for Sustainable Investment initiatives as needed

QUALIFICATIONS

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills/qualifications:

  • Strong academic background and/or relevant professional experience in investment management or client reporting

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the financial services industry, ideally in an ESG/SI-focused role, or with significant exposure to ESG/SI client reporting and regulatory requirements

  • Demonstrated intellectual curiosity about financial markets and Sustainable Investing

  • Growth mindset with a willingness to continuously learn, adapt, and develop as an analyst

  • Global perspective and a creative approach to efficiency and scalability advancing ESG reporting capabilities

  • Excellent quantitative and communication skills, with meticulous attention to detail Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively, managing multiple priorities and delivering high-quality work under tight and competing deadlines driven by client, consultant, and prospect needs

  • Professional demeanor with a positive, team-oriented attitude

The base salary range for this position is:

USD 65,000 - 150,000

This range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered when making compensation decisions, including but not limited to skill sets; role; skills and experience; certifications; and education. This range is an estimate, and further details on salary and total compensation aspects will be shared with candidates during the recruitment process.
