IAM Project Manager/AnalystLocation: Coppell, Texas -- hybrid
Employment Type: 12 month contract to hire
Pay rate: 55-58/hr. on W2 basis
Role Overview
We are seeking a Project Manager/Analyst to bring operational discipline and Agile structure to an immature Identity and Access Management (IAM) delivery environment. This role will focus on introducing governance, visibility, and coordination for "run the bank" activities. The position requires a functional lead who can mobilize IAM engineers, provide structure in a developing Agile setting, and bridge the gap between leadership expectations and execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and enforce Agile practices across the IAM team, including daily stand-ups, sprint tracking, and backlog management.
- Provide structure to fragmented "run the bank" activities that are currently reactive.
- Act as a functional lead to mobilize IAM engineers who currently lack structured direction.
- Support IAM transformation efforts, with a focus on Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) and data normalization.
- Drive cross-program alignment, ensuring projects contribute toward strategic objectives.
Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of related experience in a project management or project analyst capacity.
- Background in Identity and Access Management (IAM) and IGA with an understanding of process over specific tools (SailPoint, etc.).
- Demonstrated experience driving Jira stories, backlogs, and epics.
- Experience operating in hybrid Agile/Waterfall environments and bringing structure to immature delivery settings.
Technical Skills:
- Strong, hands-on knowledge of Jira and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Familiarity with IAM concepts and tools such as RSA/Aveksa, SailPoint, or Saviynt is required
