Job Summary
The Snack Bar Supervisor leads daily snack bar operations, ensuring excellent customer service, efficient food preparation, and oversight of food sales. This role supervises team members, manages inventory, orders and stocks supplies, and maintains quality, safety, and operational standards.Job Duties
- Oversees store facilities and equipment to ensure safety, cleanliness, and proper operation. (Essential)
- Manages food orders, verifies vendor deliveries, and ensures proper stocking of food and supplies. (Essential)
- Performs and oversees snack bar opening and closing procedures, ensuring proper protocols are followed. (Essential)
- Coordinates team member selection and development and ensures team members comply with appropriate policies and procedures.
- Greets customers, completes food sale transactions, and ensures accuracy and excellent service.
- Operates the cash register, receives payments in cash or credit, and provides correct change when applicable.
- Ensures food is neatly arranged, attractively displayed, and sufficiently stocked, performing restocking as needed.
- Cleans and maintains the snack bar area, performing tasks alongside team members as required.
- Performs basic upkeep of equipment and reports issues to the RV Resort Manager.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED (Required)
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Professional appearance
- Ability to interact effectively with a variety of people
- Basic computer proficiency including the ability to use email and internet
- Must have a valid driver's license
