Our well-known entertainment client is seeking a Social Advertising Analyst to work with their team. This is a 40 hour/week, year long contract opportunity. This role does require onsite work 4 days/week (Monday-Thursday onsite and Friday remote).
The ideal candidate has experience managing social listening and insights to interpret data, translating it into actionable ideas and building reports. You're passionate about social media and the insights, comfortable juggling multiple complex projects at once, and has experience across most of the following key areas: social media monitoring/listening, influencer identification, campaign evaluation and online competitive research.
Must Have:
- Bachelors Degree
- 5+ years' experience with social media insights and analyzing data in a content driven environment to make strategic decisions around audience engagement
- A demonstrated understanding of social platform tools and best practices across Instagram, TikTok, X, and more.
- A team-first, collaborative mentality
- Strong organizational, communication, and writing skills
- Ability to prioritize, multi-task and meet deadlines
- Passionate about research, television, marketing, emerging media, and technology
- A high degree of drive, energy, accountability, and initiative
Nice to Have:
- Mix of agency, vendor and client-side social media insights experience
- Experience at a Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) streaming service or a research company working with a DTC streaming service
- Experience setting up dashboards and workspaces with vendors such as Sprinklr, Quid, ListenFirst, etc.
- Experience with primary research methodologies and analysis
- Strong interest in utilizing emerging technologies and systems
Key Responsibilities
- Manage social research projects for the marketing team
- measuring sentiment and conversation through social listening
- Work with stakeholders to establish campaign specific KPIs while measuring performance, creating benchmarks and communicating insights to senior leadership
- Provide social insights and recommendations to internal stakeholders regarding the performance of titles and audiences
- Advise, communicate, and provide recommendations on how to evolve social tactics throughout each campaign as new data emerges
- Work closely with marketing to inform on strategies or insights that help create high impact moments around title debuts announcements, trailers, press etc.
- Partner with social insights teams across the org and enterprise research/insights vendors on reporting and best practices
In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
