Position Overview
Our client in the law industry is seeking a creative and strategic Social Media & Content Manager to join their dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing our social media strategy, creating engaging content, oversee influencer partnerships, and drive campaigns that resonate within the motorcycle community.
This is an onsite role, requiring to go onsite five days a week in their Scottsdate office. Must have motorcycle/automotive background to be considered.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Create high-quality, engaging content for various platforms including blogs, social media, and websites.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to improve content strategy and execution.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals.
- Engage with the online community and respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner.
- Travel to motorcycle events to capture content, network, and the brand.
- Manage social media advertising campaigns to drive traffic and conversions.
Qualifications
- Active member of the motorcycle community who understands its culture and audience.
- Proven experience in content creation and digital marketing.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience with social media platforms and tools for analytics and management.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and trend analysis.
- Familiarity with graphic design tools and techniques is a plus.
- Knowledge of social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social) and basic design/video editing.
In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
Benefits
Paid Time Off (PTO): Accrues based on tenure, stating at 5.67 hours a pay-period for a total of 17 days annually, up to 22 days annually for long-term employees. Covers vacation, illness, family needs, and personal matters. Insurance
