Software Engineer- Production Support

This position is for a Distributed Developer / Support Engineer within the R4 Responsive Customer and Account Maintenance Team covering multiple products in the Brokerage Recordkeeping Technology organization.
This Engineer will be responsible for responding to production incidents. You will closely with our business partners responding to application specific questions and work with the product teams to promote availability, resilience, and stability.
Skills Required
College degree in Computer Science or related field
Knowledge of Java, Datadog, Cloud (AWS)
Experience triaging production issues, locating performance improvements, and working with developers on production resolution
Responsibilities

Distributed On-Call Support
Ad-hoc Research/Analysis Requests
DR Testing
Audits
Code Reviews
Patching
Rehydration
Maintaining Playbooks
Collaboration with Ready Pillar
Certificate Management
Maintaining Reliability and Observability within the CAM Application.
Mainframe focus on Stability of the CAM Application which has critical Tier 0 and Tier1 Applications
