Solution and Support Engineer

Workplace Consulting is seeking an enthusiastic technical team member to learn and grow while supporting our cloud platforms. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their cloud engineering career who wants to develop their skills in a collaborative environment.

The position will work with supportive cross-functional teams to:

• Learn to monitor and respond to production environment incidents

• Assist in maintaining and developing ETL and Python workflows

• Gain hands-on experience with cloud applications and deployments

• Learn about cloud cost optimization and security best practices

• Help maintain cloud environments by working closely with experienced team members

• Participate in developing new solutions and platform improvements

The Team

The Workplace Consulting group is a fee-for-service organization that supports Fidelity clients in customized solutions focused on enhancing their benefit plans. We believe in mentoring and developing talent, and our team includes both industry veterans and rising stars who work together to deliver value to our clients.

The Expertise You Have

• Basic understanding of cloud computing concepts

• Familiarity with any of the following is valuable, but not required:

  • Cloud monitoring tools

  • Azure cloud services

  • Basic Python programming

  • Workflow automation tools

• Strong desire to learn new technologies

• Basic understanding of software development concepts

The Skills You Bring

• Foundational knowledge of IT systems and processes

• Eagerness to understand cloud architecture

• Strong communication skills and ability to work in teams

• Basic knowledge of cloud computing (Azure experience is a plus, but not required)

• Interest in learning workflow automation tools and programming
