Job Summary
The Field Marketing Associate will be an integral part of Comcast Technology Solution's exciting new Cybersecurity business unit, which sells SaaS and subscription security solutions to large enterprises and federal government. Currently, the business unit sells two proven solutions, BluVector and DataBee, which are used internally by the Comcast CISO organization. These solutions are advanced threat detection, advanced threat hunting and security operations center and compliance offerings that improve security and compliance in a cost-effective manner. DataBee, the growth engine of the division, stands out as a groundbreaking security and compliance data fabric platform. Reporting to Executive Director of Marketing for the CTS Cybersecurity business unit, you will be an influential part of the success and growth of the marketing strategy and for the sales organization. You will develop hands-on, multi-channel experience in strategic and tactical programs to target audiences, progress sales process and support customer lifecycle. You will be an innovator in the Cybersecurity division of Comcast Technology Solutions(CTS). This division specializes in offeringSoftware-as-a-Service(SaaS) and subscription-based security solutions to large enterprises and the federal government. For the first time ever, customers are now able to purchase some of the best of Comcast's ownin-house security technologies.
These solutions are proven-at-scale to defend critical infrastructure and effectively reduce cost. The Cybersecurity Suite efficiently improves security and compliance while keeping costs in check.
Core Responsibilities
- Works independently and collaboratively with outside vendors on creative design elements, production, event promotions and sponsorships.
- Works with sales on marketing activities and efforts to align marketing goals and regional sales priorities to meet business objectives
- Identifies, builds, and executes industry and field events and regional digital marketing programs to deliver pipeline coverage
- Develops pre/during/post event and campaign program strategies and measure and report on event and field efforts
- Assists in research, selection, and negotiation of external vendor services
- Researches, writes and develops marketing materials and presents recommendations to Marketing Manager or internal committee.
- Reviews literature pertaining to marketing projects and previous marketing materials used
- Acts as a point of contact for questions on department communications materials.
- Provides leadership and oversight to lower-level Marketing Specialists.
- Maintains competitive knowledge about other companies in the field.
- Assists in translating business needs into analysis designs providing insight, knowledge and understanding of customers, products and industries.
- Helps to create reporting to measure success of Marketing programs.
- Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
- Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.

Required Skills and Experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of B2B, hands-on sales or marketing experience, cybersecurity and SaaS solution experience preferred
- Experience in digital programs, social media and/or account-based marketing programs
- Demonstrated ability to drive and execute successful integrated marketing programs
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, presentation and problem solving skills
