This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, matrixed environment and is eager to leverage their marketing know-how to oversee the "front door" of our planning engine.

The Specialist will play a key role in supporting the GTM team's quarterly planning cadence by managing intake submissions, tracking strategic priorities, and helping to ensure initiatives are aligned with broader business goals and reflect all key inputs. The ideal candidate is a critical thinker - someone who can spot information gaps or areas for clarity. They should be comfortable navigating ambiguity, asking thoughtful questions, and making inroads across partner teams, deepening channel expertise.

Reporting into the Senior Manager of GTM Planning & Prioritization, this individual will contribute to intake best practices, refining processes to better serve partners and ensure our strategic leads are provided all key inputs. This individual will be responsible for maintaining a clear view of GTM priorities and will be expected to demonstrate obsessive attention to detail, agility in shifting priorities, and a strong understanding of marketing and sales channels.

The ideal candidate brings a proactive mindset, sharp judgment, and the ability to quickly adapt. They are a confident communicator with the ability to juggle multiple high-impact priorities across diverse stakeholders and timelines.

What You'll Do:

  • Ingest and organize incoming intake requests across Acquisition, Growth, Retention, Membership, and Service teams

  • Collaborate closely with the GTM team to feed both the quarterly planning cadence and in-quarter prioritization, ensuring initiatives are properly tracked and tiered

  • Develop a deep understanding of GTM priorities and use that knowledge to inform intake assessment and potential escalation paths

  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including Marketing, Sales, Product, and Strategy teams, to ensure alignment and clarity

  • Continuously improve intake workflows to reflect key inputs and better serve partner needs

  • Share updates, risks, and solution recommendations with leaders, ensuring transparency at all points in process

  • Monitor multiple initiatives over time, helping to prioritize key workstreams

  • Codify process improvements to support operational excellence across the GTM teams

  • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

What You'll Need:

  • 2-4 years of experience in marketing, strategy, project management, or a related field

  • Strong organizational and communication skills

  • Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

  • Obsessive attention to detail

  • Passion for process improvement

  • Familiarity with marketing and sales channels and how they support business objectives

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and timelines simultaneously

  • B.A. in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field

Employees at all levels are expected to:

  • Understand our Operating Principles; make them the guidelines for how you do your job.
  • Own the customer experience - think and act in ways that put our customers first, give them seamless digital options at every touchpoint, and make them promoters of our products and services.
  • Know your stuff - be enthusiastic learners, users and advocates of our game-changing technology, products and services, especially our digital tools and experiences.
  • Win as a team - make big things happen by working together and being open to new ideas.
  • Be an active part of the Net Promoter System - a way of working that brings more employee and customer feedback into the company - by joining huddles, making call backs and helping us elevate opportunities to do better for our customers.
  • Drive results and growth.
  • Support a culture of inclusion in how you work and lead.
  • Do what's right for each other, our customers, investors and our communities.
