We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Site Learning & Development professional to join our team. The Innovation & Experiential Learning Partner will assist in the design, development and implementation of learning activities for technical and shopfloor Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) personnel involved in manufacturing, testing, and product release. This individual is responsible for supporting the site's learning strategy to achieve desired business results, assure training compliance, and continuously improve processes.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Consult with the business to understand their learning and training compliance needs through formal assessments and stakeholder collaboration. Make appropriate learning strategy recommendations and propose effective learning solutions.

  • Supports site learning and development organization to implement, maintain and continuously improve standard site processes.

  • Participate in project teams to develop and execute learning programs that align with organizational goals and objectives from inception to completion, utilizing project management techniques to ensure timely completion.

  • Maintains a well-organized project portfolio, ensuring timely documentation and reporting of progress to line management and stakeholders.

  • Design and enhance curricula to support ongoing staff education and development within a Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) manufacturing and testing environment.

  • Embrace operational excellence by continuously assessing training program effectiveness and making data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.

  • Collaborates within and outside of the department to optimize training qualification and compliance.

  • Collaborate with Global stakeholders to ensure adherence to global and site Learning & Development Policies and Processes.

  • Support a digital workplace and deploy technology that influences how people work and learn using a variety of tools and emerging technologies.

  • Sets clear performance standards, overcomes obstacles, and is accountable for achieving results.

Minimum Education & Experience Requirements:

  • High School Diploma, GED or international equivalent AND at least 6+ years' experienceof academic and/or practical work experience in any relevant industry (education beyond High School will be counted as relevant experience).

Preferred:

  • Bachelor's Degree in relevant field AND at least 2+ years' experience

Required Experience and Skills

  • Proven ability to prioritize safety and compliance.

  • Proven ability to efficiently manage multiple projects, priorities and deadlines in collaboration with subject-matter-experts (SMEs).

U.S. Hybrid Work Model

The salary range for this role is

$77,700.00 - $122,300.00

This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. An employee's position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, government requirements, and business or organizational needs.

The successful candidate will be eligible for annual bonus and long-term incentive, if applicable.
