What You'll Do:
- Drive Product Strategy: Define and evolve the product roadmap for employer-facing analytics and reporting solutions, ensuring alignment with Fidelity Health's broader goals.
- Understand Customer Needs: Engage deeply with clients, sales teams, and relationship managers to uncover employer challenges and translate them into actionable product opportunities.
- Deliver Insightful Solutions: Partner with analytics teams to generate meaningful insights that help employers navigate healthcare trends, costs, and employee engagement.
- Lead Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with engineering, design, and business stakeholders to bring ideas to life and ensure successful delivery and adoption.
- Champion the User Experience: Advocate for intuitive, user-friendly tools that make complex data accessible and actionable for our clients.
- Own the Outcome: Take initiative, drive continuous improvement, and ensure that our products deliver measurable value to employers.
The Expertise and Skills You Bring:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, healthcare management, information science) or equivalent experience.
- Customer Insight & Market Understanding: You bring a deep understanding of employer needs and the ability to translate those into compelling product offerings. You are skilled at identifying emerging trends and unmet needs in the B2B healthcare space and turning them into actionable insights.
- Strategic Product Leadership: You have over 10 years of experience in product strategy, analytics, or related roles, with a proven ability to define and execute product roadmaps that align with business goals and customer priorities.
- Insight Generation: You are passionate about using data to tell a story. You know how to work with analytics teams to uncover trends and generate insights that help employers make better decisions about health and benefits.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: You thrive in a collaborative environment, working across teams to bring ideas to life. You're comfortable leading discussions with stakeholders from sales, client services, engineering, and design.
- User-Centered Mindset: You advocate for intuitive, user-friendly experiences and understand how to balance business needs with usability and adoption.
- Execution & Agility: You bring strong organizational and project management skills, with experience working in Agile environments. You know how to keep teams aligned and moving forward, even in fast-paced or ambiguous situations.
