As a Sr. Advanced Quality Engineer here at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest standards of quality across our products and processes. You will be responsible for driving continuous improvement initiatives, implementing advanced quality control processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize quality standards. You will report directly to our Quality Manager, and you'll work out of our Tucson, Arizona location.

In this role, you will impact the future of Honeywell by championing operational excellence strategies to improve quality and drive continuous improvement. You will be responsible for leading quality improvement projects, conducting root cause analysis, and implementing corrective actions. Your technical expertise and leadership will be instrumental in driving quality initiatives and ensuring customer satisfaction.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

* Lead quality improvement projects and initiatives to drive continuous improvement in product quality.

* Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to address quality issues.

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize quality standards and processes.

* Develop and implement advanced quality control processes and procedures.

* Monitor and analyze quality performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.

* Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

* Provide technical guidance and support to the quality engineering team.

YOU MUST HAVE

* Ability to work effectively in cross-functional team environment.

* 5+ years of experience in quality engineering.

* Strong knowledge of quality control methodologies, tools, and industry best practices.

* Advanced Engineering degree such as Six Sigma Black Belt or Certified Quality Engineer (CQE).

* Experience in leading quality improvement projects and initiatives.

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
