Sr. Business Analyst (Lindon, UT)

Summary:

This Sr. Business Analyst role will provide analytics support for a Customer Loyalty department, plus lead multiple strategic initiatives. The analytics role utilizes SQL and Tableau and is a blend of data and strategy. You will be part of a 10-person analytics team and have your own area of ownership. This role is onsite in Lindon, UT 3-5 days a week and can be remote on other days, subject to current company policies.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Own a suite of reports and Tableau dashboards
  • Optimize the Loyalty department's strategies to create $1M+ in cost savings or revenue generation
  • Lead analytics and strategic efforts to improve customer retention and reduce attrition risks
  • Lead strategic projects to increase service revenue and reduce spend, while also improving overall customer experience
  • Partner with Director and VP level leaders of our 3,000+ person contact center team that handles over 10M calls annually. Apply a data-driven, consulting approach to drive real change.
  • Partner with Technology teams in identifying and managing new and existing sources of enterprise data

Required Skills:

  • 3-5 years minimum of full-time experience with Snowflake or equivalent SQL solution
  • Strong Tableau (or equivalent) skills with a proven track record of creating insightful, interactive dashboards
  • Skilled in building executive-ready presentations in PowerPoint with a focus on narrative and impact
  • Able to work onsite in Lindon, UT at least 3 days a week

Required Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Marketing, Statistics, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in business analysis or data analytics, with at least 2 years supporting customer loyalty, retention, or marketing teams.
  • Hands-on experience with Snowflake, SQL, and Tableau is required.
  • Proven experience in consumer-focused industries (e.g., retail, e-commerce, hospitality, or subscription services) preferred.
  • Familiarity with CRM or loyalty platforms and campaign performance tracking is a plus.

WORKING CONDITIONS:

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
