Northrop Grumman Mission Systems sector is seeking an Senior Principal* Industrial Security Analyst to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals in Baltimore, MD. *
This position will support multiple programs under our Advanced Mission Capabilities (AMC) business area as it relates to all applicable classified federal, contractual, customer and company requirements.
The role involves supporting a dynamic, high-profile program and building relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Key responsibilities include developing and managing security protocols for classified materials, implementing a multi-disciplined security program, and ensuring compliance with federal regulations. The position requires conducting security education, investigating violations, preparing reports, and maintaining knowledge of relevant security manuals and procedures (such as DoD 5205.07 SAP Manual, ICD 705, ICD 704, and NISPOM).
We are seeking a candidate with exceptional customer service and communication skills. The ideal individual will demonstrate the ability to work independently and see projects through to completion while maintaining flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines. A self-starter who thrives with minimal supervision, the candidate should be willing to work extended hours in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Strong spoken and written communication skills, along with excellent organizational abilities, are essential for effective interactions. Proficiency in computer and desktop office software products is also required.
Basic Qualifications:

• Current Active Top Secret clearance. In-scope investigation (T5 or T5R) completed within last 5 years or current enrollment in Continuous Evaluation (CE) program.

• Ability to meet enhanced security requirements and obtain/maintain SAP eligibility and access.

• US Citizenship Required.

• 8 Years of Security or relevant experience with Bachelors; or 6 Years with Masters; an additional 4 years of applicable work experience may be substituted for Bachelor's Degree.

Preferred Qualifications:

• CDSE Industrial Security Training - FSO for Possessing Facilities, Intro to SAP, SAP Compliance, SAP Mid-Level

• ICD 705 and TEMPEST training

• Industrial Security Professional Certifications - SPeD SFPC, NCMS ISP

• Experience with customer high side networks to include CV2, CORE, CNET, JADE

• Strong working knowledge of basic office automation tool suites such as MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Computer and desktop office software products experience.

• Classification review experience.


Primary Level Salary Range: $112,200.00 - $168,200.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.The application period for the job is estimated to be 20 days from the job posting date.
