Sr. Project Lead, Supply Chain Staff Connections and Engagement

Overview

As a member of the Supply Chain Center of Excellence (SC CoE), the Sr. Program Lead will be responsible for supporting strategy and execution of Supply Change change-management and communications programming across multiple audiences

The successful candidate will construct a tailored approach for engaging select audiences to help build awareness, understanding and alignment and ultimately deliver against business requirements. He/she will work closely with Change Management Leaders, Product Leaders, and business stakeholders to execute change management and communications programming. Specifically, this could include:

Crafting change-management strategies tailored to various audiences, including staff, partners, and executive leadership

Developing strategic messaging for intiatiatives, updates, and information related to Supply Chain

Establishing, distributing, and managing content and channels that engage key audiences and support overall Supply Chain goals.

Leading and executing a variety of engagement campaigns, communications, events and other tactics in partnership with key internal stakeholders.

Collaborate with the Supply Chain Culture Council, Cornerstone Planning Team, and ad-hoc event planning teams to ensure cohesive alignment of Supply Chain messaging to staff, Operators, and partners

S/he will advance the overall Supply Chain Communications and discipline of change management by:

Supporting overall SC Transformation change-management strategy and execution, including program-wide and audience-specific goals, strategies, programming, activation/tactical implementation and metrics

Consulting on change management to various Supply Chain Leaders and subject-matter experts to ensure consistency of messaging

Responsibilities

  • Serve as an ambassador Supply Chain storytelling, building a deep understanding of the case for change, vision, strategies, programs, timelines and desired future state as context for managing change, and aligning with SC Transformation program messaging and design
  • Evaluate current-state engagement with select audiences around Supply Chain iniatiaves to establish a baseline for change
  • Collaborate with key internal stakeholder groups to set clear goals and objectives for change management among select audiences in alignment with business objectives
  • Develop detailed change-management timelines and plans for select audiences in partnership with key internal stakeholders and the SC Transformation change-management team
  • Lead the creation and maintenance of channels, content, collateral and other programming for select audiences in alignment with overall SC Transformation strategy, messaging and design
  • Leverage a keen understanding of the business, combined with situational awareness and emotional intelligence, in support of strategy development and execution for managing the people side of change
  • Identify key opportunities, challenges and risks and develop specific plans to mitigate potential disruptions to the plan
  • Draft and distribute content, such as newsletters, emails, presentations, and intranet posts, to support the SC Transformation strategy
  • Assist in planning and executing events, engagement campaigns, and other tactics to enhance awareness and alignment
  • Monitor and report on engagement metrics to assess the effectiveness of communications
  • Adapt key messages for diverse audiences to ensure clarity and resonance
  • Maintain an organized library of communication materials and templates
  • Create and manage systems to measure engagement/progress and celebrate successes in partnership with key stakeholders
  • Partner with the Transformation Program Leader to support content development, creation and marketing across other key stakeholder groups as needed

Minimum Qualifications

  • Minimum of five years' relevant experience in Supply Chain, Communications, Learning & Development, Program Management, Stakeholder Engagement or related field
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to tailor messages to different audiences
  • Proficiency in managing digital communication platforms and tools
  • Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Collaborative mindset with an eagerness to support various aspects of communication programming
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or Business Administration preferred
  • 5-8 years of related experience preferred

  • Change-management experience preferred

  • Experience with change management or employee engagement initiatives
  • Familiarity with graphic design tools or multimedia content creation
