What this role is: As a Sr. Stakeholder Engagement Manager at Genesys, you will be at the heart of our transformation journey. You'll play a critical part in shaping and delivering the change management strategy that drives the adoption of enterprise-wide transformation initiatives. Embracing our core values of "embrace empathy" and "go big," you will create impactful enablement content to communicate our vision and strategy across the organization.
What this role isn't: This role is not a traditional change management or communications position focused solely on routine updates or static messaging. It isn’t about managing a large team or working in a conventional office setting. Instead, you’ll be deeply involved in crafting compelling narratives that support significant organizational change, using your creativity and technical skills to produce high-quality, engaging content. This isn't a role for someone who prefers a slow-paced, unchanging work environment.
Location: US Remote (fully remote within US, not limited to the states that the job is tagged to)
What you'll bring to the table:
- Proven experience in strategic communications and training enablement, with a focus on change management.
- Exceptional writing skills, capable of crafting clear, concise, and engaging messages.
- Expertise in training strategy and content development.
- Advanced PowerPoint skills, with a knack for creating visually compelling presentations.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote setting, demonstrating strong self-motivation and time management skills.
Some details about what you'll do:
- Develop and execute comprehensive training and communication plans that support enterprise-wide transformation initiatives.
- Create training and enablement strategies to drive adoption of large, cross-functional initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with the Transformation Readiness team to align communication strategies with business objectives.
- Create and deliver high-quality PowerPoint presentations to communicate complex information in an accessible and visually appealing manner.
- Monitor and assess the impact of communication efforts, continually refining strategies to enhance effectiveness and reach.
Requirements:
- 7-10 years of experience in strategic communications, with a focus on change management and training content creation.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills.
- Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint.
- Experience from management consulting and/or SaaS industries.

Compensation:
This role has a market-competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation range listed below. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location. This role might also be eligible for a commission or performance-based bonus opportunities.
$127,500.00 - $236,700.00Benefits:
