| Responsible for planning and implementation of Speech-Language Pathology evaluation and treatment services. Evaluates communication disorders and administers therapy treatments for patient problems associated with hearing, speech, language, cognitive and swallowing disorders. Maintains records, monitors progress, and counsels patients and their family members. Participates in multidisciplinary consultations.
