We are looking for You to join our team as a Stock Clerk 3 based out of San Diego, CA.
The position will be part of a growing, inclusive team at our Rancho Carmel location. The ideal candidate performs a combination of manual and clerical duties to receive, store, and issue equipment, materials, and supplies in a central warehouse. Verifies material(s), batch number, and quantify against the receiving receipt (traveler); stores materials according to identifying factors; kits orders or issues out materials from inventory; monitor shortages and conduct cycle counts for inventory accuracy. Determines methods or places for storage considering guidelines for temperature, humidity, weight or height limits, turnover, floor loading capacity, and required space.
Work Hours: 2nd shift 3:30pm --1am (9/80 schedule - Every other Friday off)
What You'll Get to Do:
• Receive/Induct various material into Stores
• Kit various material
• Transfer Material to various locations
• Scrap Material
• Conduct Cycle Counts
• Inventory Adjustment
• Contract Closeouts
• Wall to wall inventory
• Parts and material pick-up and delivery
• Job plan material kitting/staging
• Support other San Diego sites as needed
Basic Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or GED with a minimum of 4 years of related experience
• Valid State Driver's License with no violations
• Experience working in a warehouse environment for 2 years or more
• Experience positively interacting with all stakeholders to include workers, contractors' management, and customers
• Experience lifting 30 lbs. on a regular basis
• Experience operating a 3-ton box truck and forklift
• The ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Level Security Clearance
• U.S. Citizenship required
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experienced in working in SAP
• Experienced in working with Salumina
• Experienced with Lean Manufacturing / 6S
• Experienced with operating RFGen Handheld

Primary Level Salary Range: $50,000.00 - $83,300.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
