Full Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and versatile individual with expertise in strategy, project management, and cross-functional collaboration to support critical business initiatives. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker and executor who thrives in fast-paced environments, managing both short- and long-term projects. The nature of the work focuses on shaping business direction, setting goals, optimizing processes, and ensuring seamless execution across multiple stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • General Analysis and Strategic Growth: Develop strategic plans to ensure sustained growth and profitability. Conduct environmental scans, competitive analyses, and organizational positioning assessments. Identify and evaluate acquisition, divestiture, licensing, and strategic alliance opportunities that align with organizational long-term goals.

  • Strategic Business Planning: Drive the strategic planning process, ensuring clarity of objectives, gates, and timelines. Develop comprehensive deliverables for corporate planning cycles. Monitor internal and external factors to identify opportunities for strategic redirection.

  • Project Management and Execution: Lead cross-functional teams in executing strategic initiatives. Ensure alignment and integration of regional and functional objectives with overarching business strategies. Collaborate with stakeholders to define scope, milestones, and success metrics.

  • Performance Measurement and Accountability: Develop and track metrics for strategic and operational initiatives. Lead the preparation and execution of Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs). Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to stakeholders to ensure accountability and continuous improvement.

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitate and present in high-impact meetings with stakeholders across various levels of the organization. Serve as a liaison between corporate teams and business units to ensure consistent communication and alignment.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in strategic planning, business analysis, and project management.
  • Strong ability to work cross-functionally and drive initiatives across diverse teams.
  • Demonstrated expertise in developing and tracking performance metrics.
  • Proficiency in conducting organizational analyses, environmental scans, and market research.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including experience leading presentations.
  • Experience in licensing, acquisitions, and/or strategic alliances.
  • Familiarity with corporate planning and governance processes.
  • Advanced knowledge of planning tools and methodologies.
  • Background in working within regional and/or global matrix organizations.
  • Analytical and strategic mindset.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to manage ambiguity and prioritize competing tasks.
  • Collaborative approach with a results-driven attitude.
  • Proficiency in presenting complex concepts to executive stakeholders.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $60 to $65 hourly. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
