Position Overview
Our telecom client is looking for a Studio Manager to oversee communication and project management within their in-house production department, including partner communication, planning/resourcing of projects, creative development, tracking reviews & approvals and delivery/execution of projects. This is a 40/hour per week role with a 6 month duration.
Candidate must be able to go on-site out of Overland Park, Kansas.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and guide communication projects within the in-house team that are developed for internal employees and external customers.
- End-to-end project management activities include initial planning/resourcing, leading kick off meetings, communicating with stakeholders, managing timelines, reviews/approvals and facilitating the delivery/execution of projects.
- Build and maintain positive partner relationships with collaboration, negotiation, and consistent open lines of communication.
- Manage and guide process improvements to overall studio management process within the team.
Qualifications
- 2-4 years of account and/or project management in multiple areas of marketing communications or advertising
- Bachelor's degree and 2-4 years related work experience or 10 years related work experience post high school
- Familiarity with workflow programs such as Workfront and communication tools like TEAMS
- Ability to work as part of a team and as a leader with excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work with all levels of internal stakeholders from production artists to VP - Ability to work a flexible schedule that may include weekends
