Student-Athlete Internship Program
The Role:
The Student-Athlete Internship Program is a new opportunity from Fidelity for rising junior and senior student-athletes interested in beginning their careers in financial services, operations, customer service or technology. This six-week paid summer internship allows student-athletes to get a corporate internship experience and envision life after their college sports career.
We are offering 4 skill profiles for student-athletes who will be aligned to a team based on their interests and career goals:
- Client Relations: includes financial consulting, customer relationship advocate, account management, and sales.
- Corporate Support Services: includes marketing and events, communications, and corporate services.
- Operations: includes teams who work closely with clients and business partners to ensure the flawless delivery of Fidelity's products and services.
- Technology: includes full-stack, mobile, data and systems engineering.

- A strong interest in financial services
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products - word and excel
- Highly organized and self-motivated
- Intellectual curiosity and creativity
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong writing, presentation, and social skills
- Desire to establish rapport and relationships with customers and team members through effective communication.
- Ability to handle different types of situations, emotions and conversations driving towards a resolution suitable for all.
- A high aptitude to learn new things quickly and adapt to new situations while being inventive and prioritizing responsibilities to meet deadlines.

Eligibility
- Available for 6-week program duration from June 2 - July 11, 2025
- Interns are expected to work 30 hours per week from 10a - 4p Monday-Thursday on-site, Friday remote, to accommodate athletic commitments
- Ability to be on-site at one of 3 regional locations: Covington, KY; Durham, NC; Westlake, TX
