We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Intern to join our dynamic team at FreedomPay. This internship will provide you with hands-on experience in the payments technology industry, helping to develop and enhance innovative solutions. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with a passion for technology and a keen interest in the fintech space.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist the Accounting team to close the month end books, focusing on bank reconcilements and corporate credit card work
• Be part of the team gathering information for the annual financial statement audit with KPMG
• Invoice customers from a sales order queue for credit card device purchases
• Join the team in setting up a new billing platform, Zone Billing, to optimize our process
• Work in Netsuite to assist the functions/processes of the Accounting/Billing team
• Entering daily deposit efficiently
• Credit card processing
• Credit card reconciliation
• ACH reconciliation
• Customer account billing and payment disputes
• Calling customers to follow up on discrepancies in payment
• Support the Finance Team by investigating and resolving payment related inquires
• Other responsibilities and enterprise duties as assigned
• Reaching out to customers with overdue invoices to collect payments
