Skills and Competencies

  • Basic understanding of artificial intelligence concepts, with curiosity and enthusiasm for learning how AI tools can be used to improve processes and drive efficiency. Interest in exploring AI systems and a willingness to develop awareness of responsible AI practices, including risk management and ethical use
  • Mix of creative and analytical strengths: strong creative point of view combined with analytical mindset
  • Energetic, positive, and resilient with a demonstrated ability to influence, build relationships, and drive projects with multiple stakeholders
  • Have a growth mindset, be willing to take on new challenges, own projects from start to finish, see ways to do things differently, and test and learn
  • A basic understanding of Gen AI prompting and AI agent design for use in project management and creative generation across formats
  • Prioritizes work and provides regular updates on projects

Education

  • Students studying towards a Degree in Communications, Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration or related fields
  • Graduation date of December 2026 - May 2028
  • Ability to work during program dates: June 1st - August 7th

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a brand ambassador, championing the Moody's brand and promoting brand resources
  • Help manage and contribute to all aspects of the Moody's brand - assisting in daily reviews of content and brand guideline adherence, monitoring oody's online presence, and developing new content or approaches to engage Moody's audiences
  • Work collaboratively with a strong team of brand and creative content specialists, including Design, Production, Digital, Data Visualization, Editorial and Video
  • Assist with the marketing and measurement for the Moody's Company Store
  • Assist with the development, submission and amplification of brand-related awards
  • Partner with the brand team to optimize the visitor experience at MetLife Stadium
  • Contribute to larger communications projects in progress

Join the dynamic Moody's Digital Content and Brand Experience team, a collective of innovative creatives, strategic masterminds, and insightful analysts, all dedicated to steering our business towards exciting new horizons. Our mission? To differentiate the Moody's brand, drive business priorities, and deliver innovative, creative content and impactful assets and touchpoints that bring to life how we help our customers navigate a world shaped by increasingly interconnected risks. This role is a part of the larger Corporate Affairs Group responsible for Moody's brand reputation across all touchpoints. We collaborate with all businesses and teams to develop and deliver content that tells the Moody's brand story.

Moody's 10-week summer internship program is a premier opportunity for students to immerse themselves in a hands-on learning experience, guided by Moody's commitment to integrity, excellence, and insight. The program takes place each summer from June - August and positions are available for undergraduate and select graduate students. Internships are full-time, offering a comprehensive view of Moody's business and culture, and a chance to build professional and technical skills. Programmatic elements include networking, mentorship, leadership speaker series and volunteering events. Interns complete project work determined by their team that have real impact, fostering a sense of accomplishment and professional growth. Throughout the internship, participants receive mentorship from Moody's professionals, gaining insights into diverse career paths and cultivate a comprehensive understanding of the company. Networking events and workshops further enrich the experience, providing a platform for professional development and collaboration. As a Moody's intern, you will gain real-world experience, turn inputs into actions, and be integral part of the team.
