Job Description
Dates: May 27 - August 8, 2025 (Subject to Change) || 25 hours per week
Compensation: $22.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities
- Map and analyze facility and route data
- Evaluate distribution route balance and identifying key operational opportunities
- Propose data-driven solutions and calculating financial impacts.
- Develop a project charter with timelines, action items, and stakeholder involvement.
- Collaborate with Warehouse, Shipping & Receiving, and Distribution teams to drive efficiency.
- Provide feedback on the program
Qualifications
Current bachelor student in the final year of study or graduate student
- Minimum GPA of 2.8
- Major in Engineering in Logistics/Industrial
- Ability to work flexible shifts (AM/PM) and weekends during assessment/mapping period
- Wear Personal Protective equipment provided by CCSWB
- Comfortable working indoor and outdoor conditions.
- Strong analytical skills, problem solving skills,
- Project Management Skills

- English and Spanish speaking
