The Supplier Experience Manager will be responsible for leading initiatives to enhance the supplier experience across the procurement lifecycle. This role involves collaborating with various departments to implement best-in-class practices, digitize workflows, and improve supplier management processes.

WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve supplier experience and ease of doing business.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to implement supplier experience initiatives, including sourcing, spend analytics, and supplier management.
  • Collaborate with IT, marketing, and customer service departments to ensure seamless integration of supplier experience programs.
  • Monitor and analyze supplier performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous enhancement.
  • Lead supplier onboarding processes and ensure compliance with company policies and standards.
  • Conduct regular supplier reviews and joint category reviews to foster strong supplier relationships.
  • Utilize digital tools and platforms to streamline supplier interactions and improve data completeness.

YOU HAVE:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in supplier management, procurement, or a related role.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams. PMP or other project management certification preferred.
  • Progressive experience deploying and administering change management tools and practices across an organization.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for supplier management.
  • Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience with iValua or similar supplier collaboration platforms preferred.
  • Knowledge of best-in-class category management practices preferred.
  • Familiarity with spend analytics and data-driven decision-making preferred.

Pay Transparency

nVent’s pay scale is based on the expected range of base pay for this job and the employee’s work location. Employee pay within this range will be based on a combination of factors including knowledge, skills, abilities, experience, education, and performance. Where federal, state, or local minimum wage requirements exist, employee pay will comply.

Compensation Range:

$105,000.00 - $195,000.00

Depending on the position offered, employee may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as annual incentives.
