Position Highlights

• Busy General Surgery practice with immediate case volume
• 1:12 call rotation - flexible scheduling and strong NP support
• OR access: 17 total rooms (11 inpatient, 6 outpatient) + hybrid OR
• Robotics: Six brand new Da Vinci 5 robots, including a single-port (SP) model
• Dedicated robotics program with RN manager and specialty tech support
• Case Mix: Hernia repairs, colorectal, bariatrics, breast, and minimally invasive cases
• Volume: Practice at your pace - Surgeons span from 300-700 cases annually
• Flexible block scheduling - "add-on" OR with robotic capability available daily
• Robust resources: Epic EMR, dedicated anesthesia and environmental support staff, quick turnovers (goal 35 min inpatient, 20 min outpatient)
• Compensation: Competitive base + bonuses + call stipend ($1,250 per call day)
