• Use both automated tools and manual techniques to conduct software verification and validation in an integrated environment
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts (SMEs) to develop V&V strategies, set up simulations, document and communicate results, and brief stakeholders
• Assist with other tasks for the Analysis team as needed
Basic Qualifications:
Please include your current security clearance, IAT Level II or higher, or relevant certifications on your resume, if applicable.
• A Bachelor's Degree in STEM Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, Aerospace Engineering (preferred) Mathematics, Physics, or a related field from an accredited university is preferred, along with 8 years of experience; or a Master's degree (preferred) in a STEM-related field with 6 years of relevant work experience; or PhD in a related STEM discipline with 4 years of relevant work experience
• Applicants must have a current, active in-scope DoD-issued Secret security clearance at the time of application, which is required to start
• Willingness to travel up to 10% for business needs
• Proven experience in developing and executing V&V test plans for complex systems, managing requirements, and presenting results to stakeholders and customers
• Proficiency in automated software evaluation and hands-on data verification (spreadsheets, databases, Linux command line)
• Understanding systems and software engineering processes, principles, and lifecycles
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to clearly communicate complex technical ideas
• Self-motivated and team-oriented; excels in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications:
• Master's Degree in Systems Engineering is highly preferred
• Certification: INCOSE Certified Systems Engineering Professional (CSEP) Certification
• Certification: Object Management Group Certified Systems Modeling Professional - Model Builder Fundamental (OCSMP - MBF)
