We are seeking a skilled Technical Administrator to manage and optimize the cloud vendor platform for video and audio assets (Media Hub). This role involves ensuring system operations are efficient and resilient while taking ownership of the product offerings. The ideal candidate will work closely with users and strategic business partners to gather requirements, enhance functionalities, and drive product maturity.

Key Responsibilities:

• System Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the cloud vendor platform, ensuring optimal performance and availability.
• Product Ownership: Take ownership of the Media Hub product offerings, driving enhancements and updates based on user feedback and business needs.
• User Interaction: Engage directly with users and strategic business partners to understand their requirements, pain points, and suggestions for improvements.
• Vendor relationship: Oversee risk and compliance reviews, contract and budgeting, reporting
• Optimization and Resilience: Continuously monitor and assess the platform’s performance, implementing necessary changes to enhance efficiency and resilience.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, system engineers, and business stakeholders, to facilitate product improvements and resolve issues.
• Documentation: Maintain thorough documentation of system configurations, processes, and product changes.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in managing cloud platforms and system operations.
• Strong understanding of cloud technologies and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with product management or ownership is a plus.
