You will support our Mission Data Management Operating Unit with the business and technical execution of our software and data driven products for learning and logistics solutions.
You will function as a Project Manager for a portfolio of software and data driven technology products. You will use your strong skills in project management, business analysis, industry research, financial analysis, strategic business planning, verbal and written communications, and your ability to build enduring professional working relationships.
Additional Duties Include:
• Annual and Monthly Financial Planning for NCTA (M&S, B&P, IRAD, and CI)
• Annual and Monthly Financial Planning for New and Existing Programs and Projects
• Annual and Monthly Forecasting for New and Existing Programs and Projects
• Support for Capture of Software and Data Driven Technology Pursuits
• Monitor and Report Program and Project Cost and Schedule Performance
• Interface Technical Personnel and Senior Leadership
This position may be filled as a level 2 or a level 3
Basic Qualifications:
• Level 2: Bachelor of Business Administration (BA) and with 2 years of relevant Project Management/Business Analyst experience OR a high school diploma with 6 years of relevant Project Management/Business Analyst
• Level 3: Bachelor of Business Administration (BA) and with 5 years of relevant Project Management/Business Analyst experience OR a high school diploma with 9 years of relevant Project Management/Business Analyst
• Ability to obtain/maintain access to work at our Sierra Vista, AZ location
• Ability to travel, as required. Up to 25% travel is anticipated
• Must have an active Secret clearance (US Citizenship is a prerequisite)
Preferred Qualifications:
• Engineering or Technical Degree or Current Engineering or Technical Position 4-years
• Familiarity and Experience with DoD Program Capture and Proposal Process
• Financial Management of FFP, CPFF, and IWOs
Primary Level Salary Range: $77,200.00 - $134,200.00Secondary Level Salary Range: $95,300.00 - $165,500.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
