Test QA FT

Position Overview
The Test QA FT position is responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our products through rigorous testing and validation processes. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify issues and implement solutions effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute test plans and test cases for various products
  • Identify, document, and track defects in a test management system
  • Collaborate with development teams to understand product requirements and specifications
  • Perform regression testing and ensure that existing functionality is not broken
  • Conduct performance and stress testing to ensure product reliability
  • Participate in design reviews and provide input on testability of features
  • Prepare and present test reports to stakeholders
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in software testing and quality assurance
  • Familiarity with testing tools and methodologies
  • Experience in the biotech or pharmaceutical industries is a plus
  • Knowledge of telecommunications, networking, and related technologies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
  • Certifications in QA methodologies are preferred
