Our Fintech client is seeking a Trade Marketing Manager to lead and scale their commerce trade strategy for merchants and digital products. This role blends strategy, storytelling, and execution-you'll craft compelling content that drives merchant visibility, product adoption, and customer engagement across owned and paid channels.

You'll collaborate closely with Partner Marketing, CRM, Social, and Creative teams to ensure every campaign supports broader brand and business goals.

What you will do:

  • Develop and execute trade marketing programs aligned with seasonal and cultural moments (Cyber Week, Holiday, Back-to-School, etc.)
  • Build and manage monthly content calendars tied to merchant partnerships and promotional initiatives
  • Create campaign briefs and lead the creative process from concept through launch, including reviews, approvals, and QA
  • Oversee editorial and in-app content spotlighting merchants and shopping moments
  • Design and publish app content using Figma and Builder tools, ensuring copy and visuals are on-brand and optimized for engagement
  • Partner cross-functionally to align CRM, paid, and organic content with broader business objectives
  • Track campaigns, manage content inventory, and support post-campaign reporting
  • Translate insights into actionable recommendations to improve future campaign effectiveness

What you'll bring:

  • 7+ years of experience in integrated, partner, or content marketing within e-commerce, fintech, or retail
  • Proven ability to create multi-channel content strategies that drive measurable engagement and conversion
  • Experience leading cross-functional campaigns and managing multiple stakeholders
  • Strong creative and editorial sensibility with hands-on copywriting and content design experience
  • Proficiency with tools such as Figma, Builder, and Asana (or similar platforms)
  • Analytical mindset and comfort using data to optimize performance
  • A passion for storytelling, commerce, and creating customer experiences that connect brands and merchants
