Work days/Shift Hours – if applicable: 11:00 AM - Finish / 5 days a week

Compensation: Starting pay ranges from $18.50 to $23.25 per hour, based on experience. Additional earning opportunities may include performance-based incentives, quarterly bonuses, referral bonuses, and comprehensive benefits.

General Purpose

This position includes moving trailers across lots during loading and related functions.

Duties and Responsibilities

Conduct a daily check of trailers for raw materials and full goods, and assess empty trailers and others that need to be relocated or loaded
Properly store trailers that are not being used
Maintain a complete and accurate list of trailers brought in and moved to the docks, and ensure all trailers brought to the docks are in proper order and have their wheels chocked
Report problems or damages that occur

Qualifications

Arrives to workstation or designated area/location on time and ready to work; works all scheduled shifts and attends required trainings and meetings
Follow all regulatory and company policies and procedures
Ability to follow directions, effective time management and organization skills
Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency
High School Diploma or Equivalent
0 to 3 years of general work experience required
1 plus years of prior warehouse/stocking/fork-lift experience preferred
Previous experience within a high-speed industrial environment
Experience using (or ability to use) tools and equipment including box cutters, electric or manual pallet jacks, and other heavy machinery
Valid Class A Driver's License Preferred
Driving Record within Motor Vehicle Report Policy
Forklift Certification
