This position will report directly to the Director of Security. This position will be based out of Irving, TX.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate a robust ability to manage a diverse range of skill sets effectively. They must exhibit strong leadership capabilities, articulate communication skills, and excel in strategic planning and problem-solving. Key competencies include the ability to foster collaboration and cultivate a positive organizational culture. The candidate should have experience in overseeing project and workload management (including resource allocation and leveling), as well as identifying innovative solutions to complex challenges that streamline processes and reduce manual tasks. Additionally, the individual should empower team members to work autonomously, guiding them towards the successful achievement of goals.

• Capability to clearly define goals, map out expectations, delegate tasks, manage risks, and track project progress and deadlines

• Possess Strong experience with 32 CFR Part 117 NISPOM and associated gov't regulations and DCSA process for the DoD

• Enable cross company collaboration to drive consistent operations within the security organization

• Ability to handle competing demands and prioritize tasks with a sense of urgency in a dynamic and fast paced environment

• Ability to manage in person and remote team

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree and 10+ years of relevant security experience OR Master's Degree and 8+ years of relevant security experience or Associate's Degree and 12+ years of relevant security experience OR High School Diploma and 14+ years of relevant security experience

• Candidates must have a current active DOD Secret level security clearance (or higher) in order to be considered with the ability to obtain, and maintain, a DOD Top Secret level security clearance as a condition of continued employment

• Industrial Security Experience Required

• Experience Managing Industrial Security teams and systems

• Demonstrated ability to prioritize and complete multiple projects within critical deadlines

• Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Active Top Secret level security clearance preferred

• Strong working knowledge of office automation and proficiency with Microsoft Office/M365, including, Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint

• CDSE FSO Program Management for Possessing Facilities certification

Primary Level Salary Range: $138,400.00 - $207,600.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.The application period for the job is estimated to be 20 days from the job posting date.
