Northrop Grumman is hiring a Training Representative 2/3 within the Insights & Intelligence (i2) organization to maximize the adoption of our products and ensure superior user experience. This analyst will report to the i2 Product and Training Deployment Manager. This role will be 100% remote/work from home.
Insights & Intelligence (i2) is reimagining decision making at Northrop Grumman and driving our data, analytics & AI transformation. As part of our Chief Information & Digital Office, i2 works with all enterprise domains and businesses.
As a Training Representative 2/3 your background as a training, change management, or user experience professional will ensure that we have a comprehensive approach to launch, training, adoption, and organizational change management.
 
Responsibilities Include (but Are Not Limited To) The Following:
 
Training Representative (level 2)

• Design instructional concepts and learning objectives for new e-learning modules while building interactive courses in Articulate 360 and other tools, and draft assets such as stories, scenarios, scripts, and quizzes for review
• Create and edit multimedia content-including audio, video, animation, and graphics-using basic editing software and adhering to accessibility standards
• Conduct routine quality assurance checks on course functionality, navigation, and content accuracy, while supporting project management tasks like tracking deliverables and updating project boards
• Manage course metadata and versioning in SharePoint, analyze basic learner performance metrics to identify gaps, and troubleshoot technical issues with authoring tools, LMS modules, or SharePoint integrations
• Leverage metrics and user data/feedback to continuously improve training programs and delivery methods
Principal Training Representative (level 3)
All responsibilities listed for the level 2 role and:

• Develop high-level instructional concepts and e-learning courses using Articulate 360 (Rise & Storyline) and emerging platforms, translating business objectives into targeted learning solutions
• Champion the creation of complex instructional assets, including rich narratives and adaptive assessments, that adhere to advanced pedagogical models and brand guidelines
• Oversee endtoend multimedia production and enforce rigorous qualityassurance reviews for accessibility, compliance, and instructional integrity
Basic Qualifications for level 2:

• Must have a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience OR a relevant Masters degree with 0 years of relevant experience.
• Familiarity with e-learning authoring tools, such as Articulate 360, and basic multimedia production techniques or similar
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with an ability to collaborate within a team
• Detail-oriented with strong quality assurance capabilities to review course functionality and content
• Must have experience in instructional design or e-learning content development
Basic Qualifications for level 3:

• Must have a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience OR a Masters degree with 3 years of relevant experience OR a PhD with 1 year of relevant experience
• Familiarity with e-learning authoring tools, such as Articulate 360, and basic multimedia production techniques or similar
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with an ability to collaborate within a team
• Detail-oriented with strong quality assurance capabilities to review course functionality and content
• Must have experience in instructional design or e-learning content development
Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related area
• 5+ years of progressive experience in instructional design, e-learning development, and multimedia production
• Proficiency as an administrator with Northrop Grumman's learning management systems (LMS) and other training tools
• Advanced proficiency in developing interactive courses using Articulate 360 and experience with multiple e-learning authoring tools
• Familiarity with Northrop Grumman's Analytics & AI tools, with a proven track record of adopting and championing these products
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to abstract meaningful insights from training and feedback data
• Experience implementing advanced multimedia techniques, integrating AI solutions, and adopting innovative approaches to digital learning.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic planning skills, with a track record of developing and executing effective learning solutions.
Primary Level Salary Range: $62,700.00 - $94,100.00Secondary Level Salary Range: $77,800.00 - $116,800.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.The application period for the job is estimated to be 20 days from the job posting date.
