Position Summary
The Transaction Coordinator plays an important role in the organization by performing, under direct supervision, a number of activities related to assisting originators build complete loan files for submission. This role may perform Lead to Contract and/or Contract to Close duties.
Compensation
This role is a non-exempt position with a Targeted Salary Range of $20.00 to $22.00 per hour. Compensation at Guild is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to local and federal minimum wage requirements, education, level of experience, and applicant’s geographical location.
