Summary
A leading software company is hiring a VP of Growth Marketing who will drive overall growth strategy by spearheading customer acquisition, revenue optimization, and marketing innovation. You will be oversee affiliate programs, digital advertising, and website and funnel optimization and ensure scalable, high-impact marketing strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a product-led growth strategy that drives adoption and engagement through lifecycle marketing, paid advertising, affiliate marketing, website experiences, and other channels
- Utilize analytics, A/B testing, and performance metrics for data-driven decision making to optimize marketing spend and maximize customer lifetime value
- Establish and nurture strategic partnerships and alliances
- Provide strategic insights to shape product strategy, define development priorities, and allocate resources effectively
- Lead Marketing teams and drive high performance and accountability to KPIs
Skills & Qualifications:
- Track record of driving product-led growth/Demand Gen in high-growth environments
- Knowledge of product-led growth principles, methodologies, and best practices
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams and drive innovation
- Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking abilities, with a demonstrated ability to translate insights into actionable strategies and tactics
