Step into a dynamic, full-time hybrid role based in our Charlotte, NC office, where you’ll collaborate closely with a dedicated group of Vitality & Wellbeing Solutions Consultants. In this position, you’ll play a pivotal part in driving impactful wellbeing initiatives and supporting operational excellence for our clients.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Knowledge, Skills and/or Abilities: Supervisory Responsibilities: Education/Experience/Licensing/Certifications: Physical Demand: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to handle or feel and talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to stand and walk. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and distance vision. Occasional lifting and transporting of materials to client events with the assistance of a carrier. Occasional moving of tables, chairs, etc. to set up client events. Working Conditions: Climate controlled office environment; occasional visits to client work sites that may not be climate-controlled. Travel requirements: Minimal travel to client events and wellbeing team training.
