About Museum of Fine Arts, Houston

The Museum of Fine Arts, Houston (MFAH) is one of the largest museums in the United States. The Museum’s permanent collection contains more than 70,000 works from six continents covering more than 6,000 years of history.

MFAH employs over 650 full time, part time and temporary staff, while 400 docents support the public serving and educational mission and 1,500 volunteers support a broad range of MFAH activities.
