Job Description

The Vice President of Operations leads and directs the various teams that provide for the deinstallation, harvesting, testing & repair, warehousing, and logistics of all Philips MedTech devices. and will also develop relationships with key customers and suppliers to resolve escalations and improve reputation of AllParts Medical.

Your role:

  • The VP Operations must have detailed knowledge of multiple modalities, must have knowledge across multiple manufacturers and must also have the interpersonal relationships to lead and manage direct reports.
  • Ability to be persuasive in a close-knit labor market as employee poaching is prevalent in this industry.
  • Manage all aspects of customer service operations.
  • Lead operational teams to achieve business goals.
  • Align activities of teams to support business strategy objectives and contribute to business financial commitments

You're the right fit if:

  • You’ve acquired 7+ years of medical business operations experience with a minimum of 5 + years’ experience in an operations leadership position
  • Your skills include ability to Identify / develop talent and lead by example to promote a performance culture.
  • Must be able to respond to escalation requests when receiving management escalations to address customer concerns, or create on demand account escalations in order to manage a customer holistically for 1 or more escalated cases
  • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.
  • You can strategically plan the activities of the Technical Repair department in order to ensure parts testing and repair. Responsible for maximizing throughput of parts in the department while maintaining quality targets in a safe working environment. The role will identify and collect process improvement ideas and coach staff on successful implementation.

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

Philips Transparency Details

The pay range for this position in (Nashville) is $161,569 to $188,528

The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.

In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. Employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive Philips Total Rewards benefits program, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more. At Philips, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case.

Company relocation benefits will not be provided for this position. For this position, you must reside in or within commuting distance to Nashville.
